For international customers (non EU)
Privacy
The NGDEV commits to hold all customer information securely
and privately. We do not sell or share our customer information
with anyone. All transactions are considered confidential
in nature.
Guarantee
All new and used items come with a standard 90-day guarantee
for the original purchaser. If a product is faulty due to
a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it. We cannot
replace items that are scratched, have been broken (broken
seal) or otherwise damaged. If the faulty item is out of stock,
we will give you the option to wait until it arrives back
in stock or receive a full refund.
Return
Policy
Returns
are accepted under the circumstances detailed below. In all
cases please email
to us so we can find a solution.
1. Item was lost or damaged during shipping
If an item is lost and you purchased insurance, we will begin
an investigation with the shipper right away. If an item is
damaged during shipping and you purchased insurance, NGDEV
will repair or replace it promptly. We will need you to send
back all the original packing materials so we can make a claim.
Once we receive the damaged item(s), we will issue a replacement
(if in stock) or refund (if not in stock).
2.
Received incorrect product
Providing we receive the item back in the same condition as
when it shipped initially, we will refund you the cost of
return shipping the wrong item once it is received and ship
out the correct item for free. We double-check everything
before shipping and expect this to be a very, very rare situation.
3.
Defective item
Once a problem is confirmed, we ask you to ship the defective
item back to us. NGDEV will refund your return shipping
costs. If the same item is out of stock, a full refund will
be issued.
New
Items
Factory sealed and/or new items that have been opened or used
may only be exchanged if defective; returns are not accepted
on these items.
Currency
All
price are in EUR (EURO).
Shipping
Shipping is done with Deutsche Post and DHL. We always ship registered and insured. Shipping starts at 5 EUR, see checkout for individual shipping costs of your order
